113-2 EMI 課程TA 名單公告 113-2 EMI Course TA List Announcement

教學助理(TA)注意事項：

1. 請教學助理(EMI TA)在114/03/14(五)17:00前繳交「Bilingual Program Teaching Assistant Application Form」(附件一)。填寫完畢後回寄至 t5190371@gm.cyut.edu.tw  已進行完成教學助理聘用。
2. 本學期(113-2)內教學助理必須完成54小時服務，並將工作時數填寫至Service Record for EMI Teaching Assistants for March of the Second Semester（附件二）回寄至 t5190371@gm.cyut.edu.tw  進行控制與評估。
3. 學期末請各位教學助理給予老師填寫「Language Center EMI Teaching Assistant (TA) Evaluation Form (附件三)」
4. 麻請各位TA加入EMI TA 群組，本學期有相關資訊都會在群組中通知大家。謝謝 https://line.me/ti/g/ce3TGABwyK 

1. Submission of Application Form: 

   Please complete and submit the "Bilingual Program Teaching Assistant Application Form" (Attachment 1) by **5:00 PM on Friday, 14/03/114**. Completed forms should be emailed to t5190371@gm.cyut.edu.tw   to finalize the TA hiring process. 

2. Completion of Service Hours: 

   EMI TAs must complete 54 hours of service during the 113-2 semester and record their hours in the "Service Record for EMI Teaching Assistants for March of the Second Semester" (Attachment 2). Please submit the completed form to  t5190371@gm.cyut.edu.tw   for monitoring and evaluation purposes. 

3. Evaluation Form Submission:

   At the end of the semester, TAs are required to have their instructors fill out the "Language Center EMI Teaching Assistant (TA) Evaluation Form" (Attachment 3).
