本學期日間部大一「生活英文」及大二「職場英文」會考於114年6月9日（星期一）至6月13日（星期五）期末考試週舉行。

（一）考試對象：「生活英文」、「職場英文」修課學生。

（二）考試日期：114年6月9日（一）~6月13日（五）。

（三）地點：原上課教室。

（四）本測驗請使用手機開啟Chrome 並登入Tronclass進行考試，請同學事先確認自己的手機、平板等設備的電量及網路狀況。

（五）請務必詳讀大一生活英文、大二職場英文會考說明 (簡報如附檔)。

（七）除喪假、公假、及突發事故（如急病或交通事故）外，考試當日無法應考者， 須先取得授課老師同意， 須於114/6/13（五）17:00前至中心首頁填寫英文能力統一會考請假表單(https://forms.gle/fjmnruxn3aChoW1ZA)及佐證文件始得補考。另提醒，未登記補考者，不予補考。

      ＊喪假：凡本人之直系、旁系(兄、弟、姐、妹)、配偶及配偶之直系親屬死亡者。

補考日期：114/6/16（一）10:00-11:00，地點：D-206。

Final Exam Notice: “Everyday English” (Freshmen) and “Workplace English” (Sophomores)

The unified final exams for the Day Division courses “Everyday English” (Freshmen) and “Workplace English” (Sophomores) will be held during Final Exam Week, June 9 (Monday) to June 13 (Friday), 2025.

(1) Exam Participants: Students enrolled in “Everyday English” or “Workplace English”.

(2) Exam Period: June 9 (Monday) to June 13 (Friday), 2025.

(3) Location: Your regularly scheduled classroom.

(4) Exam Format: Please use your mobile phone to open the Chrome browser and log in to TronClass to take the test. Students are kindly reminded to check the battery level and internet connection of their devices (mobile phone or tablet) in advance.

(5) Important: Please carefully read the Unified Final Exam Guidelines for both Everyday English (Freshmen) and Workplace English (Sophomores). (See attached slides.)

(6) Make-up Exam Policy:
Students who are unable to attend the exam due to funeral leave, official leave, or emergencies (e.g., sudden illness or traffic accidents) must first obtain approval from their course instructor.
In addition, students are required to fill out the Leave and Make-up Exam Application Form on the Language Center website homepage  (https://forms.gle/fjmnruxn3aChoW1ZA) and upload relevant supporting documents by 5:00 PM on June 13 (Friday), 2025.
Students who fail to register and submit documents by the deadline will not be eligible for the make-up exam.

Note: Funeral leave includes the death of direct or collateral family members (siblings), spouse, or the spouse’s direct relatives.
